inner tie rods

89 accord DX coupe.... Are the inner tie rods replaceable individually or do you have to replace the whole rack when one breaks? And does it require special tools because I know some cars do but I heard those tools do not work on the hondas? My car is sitting in the drive right now with a broken driver side inner tie rod.

Ps I did get the high idle under control for now so the 3G lives on

They were available check rockauto. I dont think you need any special tools but I never have done mine. I think I read here loosining the rack bolts gives you more room to get at them.

You'll need an alignment afterwards to reset the toe.
