I have the "dreaded no 5th gear" and for some reason the search function isn't wanting to work on my phone. I know about replacing the gear without removing trans. The junkyards around here have been scavenged. So ...... can anyone point me towards a vendor that carries the 3rd Gen accord 5mt 5th gear? John

I would have sent you to RockAuto, but they don't have much any more. Shopped there alot when I had my 82 e21
i dont know if anyone has a aftermaket one but i was able to pick mine up from honda 4 years ago and i believe i paid 230 for both 5th gear and the counter 5th brand new
