To be honest your doing this the wrong way round! lol! best combination is to use a A18 head with a A20A3/4 block, this way you get the stock CR ratio of 9.4:1 and then slap a high compression head on which will boost this to around 10.5:1 or even higher if you skim the head down a bit like 1mm or so. Then you can run the prelude side draft carbs or any other pair of large bike carbs, a cam, some porting work and some back cuts on the stock valves to match the stock 3 angle seats, a nice header, no CAT if you can, 2.25" mandrel bent exhaust and you'd be easily making around 140-150bhp with oodles of torque!
The other way round would mean smaller CC less compression and also you won't be able to run the same carbs you'd have to use the A20 downdraught instead and maybe convert to weber DGV 38/38.
