Do your door lights stay off when you open them? do they come back on if you touch the switch? hi I'm billy mayes. if the black plastic feels loose try this
get a hammer and a wide flat head. give it some light taps around the 4 edges to lightly crimp the plastic slider. remember it needs to glide. check out the before and after. now they all work properly.

Seriously though, nice work!
Also, make sure the connection is good behind the slider, and make sure the one screw is tight. That helps a lot.
