need a recommendation for a cheap bass amp

im putting together a budget audio system for the crown vic
i am looking for an amp to run 4 12s that is budget friendly but puts out close to its rated power. any recommendations?
the subs have dual 8 ohm coils so i need something that can run 1ohm mono or 2ohms per channel around 1000 rms total output
it kills me when the hoodrats with $10 fleamarket amps shake the whole block and I can't with my class D :b

If your looking for a loud system then you should put most of your time into making a quality box with a quality port.
