Quick stupid rims question

Hi guys, seen a set of Ripspeed Savage 17" on ebay finishing soon, very few details on listing but from what I can gather they are 17 x 7JJ, ET38 with 205/40 tyres..My car is standard ride height.. Anyone think that being 2mm below advised ET will be a major problem on an unlowered car?

That's great news, Thanks MessyHonda, I took the liberty of bidding for them anyway and won them at £103 so shouldn't have any trouble selling them on even if there is an issue hopefully. Much appreciated :)

will prolly look smaller then stock so a lowering is in your future
