if you're putting on a grant wheel:

if you're putting on a bolt-on replacement wheel it's pretty easy.
Lock the wheel by turning it with the key off.
Pop off the Honda H
crack the nut loose (19mm socket) but do not remove
Use the key and unlock the wheel. Set the wheel to 12 o clock, wheels straight
remove the nut but not the wheel
mark the splines with some whiteout in case you need to put the wheel back on.
pull the wheel, you should walk it side to side if it does not easily slide. there is a plug back there so don't pull too hard
unplug the horn/cruise slip ring connector. notice that there is a small dowel that lines it up to the steering wheel, this needs to be lined up when putting the wheel back on and takes some finesse to keep it lined up.
There should be some photos in the shop manual online
