Efi conversion instructions

I know this is a common ques. but I have been unable to find anything on this resently.
Does anybody have the instructions for the Efi conversion. I know that Carotman has done this along with greenmachine, however as many know Carotman's instruction page have been lost. If anybody has these instuctions i could you email them to me and if possible the parts needed to do this.
