Did you post this somewhere else on the board? I didn't see it, or I would have answer it along time ago, sorry.:sadwave:
I have absolutely no idea what the stock ride height is and can't think of a reason to want to know(you've stumped me). Plus my car doesn't have it front bumper on it, nor are it's springs or struts in the car. So I can't run out with a tape measure and get you your answer.
When you ask your other question's please include a discription of what you want out of you car in regard's to it's suspension. And ask all your questions in one shot.

i think i'm gonna go for custom springs... something a good deal stiffer, with like an inch and a half drop...
for struts, that will come later (later i mean after more research, not after the new springs), but i'm looking at revalved bilstens...
i'll probabaly have a custom set of sway bars made...
all in all, i really want a STIFF setup... i hate a soft car, even for daily driving
for the car, i just wanna see how much i can make out of a car with an N/A A20A
so what and all would you think to be a really good setup? springs, struts, sway bars and the such...

Well for a 1.5" drop and wanting a really stiff setup I do not recommend the Eibach sportlines(way to soft with their rear spring rates), H&R/Neuspeeds (softest lowering springs you can get, so not stiff enough for you), or the B&G springs (not until markmdz89hatch clears up his ride height issues with a warranty claim). So I would recommend 2 ways of accomplishing that. First would be to get GC (ground-control) coilovers direct from GC and order them with custom spring rates 400lbs front and 300lbs rear. Cost would be $339 + $50-$80 for the custom rates (pretty sure on the $ for custom rates, you may want to call them to make sure) Or you could get dropzone coilovers which are allready stiff with 450lbs front and 350lbs rear. However, keep in mind that people overwhelmingly recommend GC's over any other coilover by a long shot. You will need to decide if buying dropzones is a risk and if the GC's are worth the $.
One thing that I think you understand, but I want to drive home anyways it this. Go stiffer than any other lowering spring and even the koni's power to control the springs correctly. You really do have to either get revalved Koni's or revalved Bilsteins. My vote would go to the revalved Bilsteins.
For sway bar's you can get the ST (suspension Techniques) sway bar set. But their front bar is only 1/16th" thicker. Yes its better, but not by much. You could use it anyway or just take and figure out a way to install poly urathane bushing in the stock front bar.
The ST rear bar is 1/8" thicker so definately install it. Keep in mind that Addco's rear bar is not ava. at this time, to bad cause it's 1/4" thicker than the rear bar (the addco front bar is the same as stock so it's pointless). Or you could sent a set of stock sway bar's and all the mounting hardware to

where they will make custom copies to mount large one to your car. I'd go with 1 1/16" front and 7/8" rear. Cost would be $360 ($180 each).
If you have a LXI car, I'd recommend strut tower braces, a DC Sports for the front and one for the rear from 88turboaccord (justin) if and when he get's around to making some more.
For rims and tire, If not wanting to autocross I'd get a set of 16" rims with 43m/45mm offset 16lbs or less and 215/40-16 tires.

well, i have an LXI, so i'll get the strut bars... i'll try to get my hands on rear disk brakes... personally, i like 15's with more rubber, even though i have more flex with the extra rubber... as for the sway bars, i think i'll send mine off and get customs... struts will be revalved bilsteins... springs will be customs made by hypercoils, that's why i needed to know about the stock setup... almost all the guys that run the modified class atall the tracks here spend the extra cash and buy those springs...

i love those rims! those are definatly gonna look sweet on a 3rd gen, another thing would go with them would be a carbon fiber hood, would also hlep speed and handling since thats what your main concern is.
the hood's not really sometihng i'd be into... if i did get a carbon fiber hood, it would be painted to match the car... just not my kind of thing
i want to get the basics under the hood (CAI, full exhaust, possibly straight pipes depending on if it weill sound like a heard of killer beez or not...reground cam, and some titanium valve springs... then get the inside looking decent (not show or anything, just decent) then work on handling.. to me, a good fast handling car is better than a good speedy car...
