Hatchback Louvers

Hatchback I just picked up has louvers I don't want. Make me a reasonable offer and I'll consider it.

Are they genuine Honda or aftermarket?

I'm not positive snooz. Where would they say Honda on them? I know they latch and flip open. Steel of course. Not sure if their factory though.
