looks allot better the black painted center caps. in the future next time take ur time and tape the tire off really well. i can grey paint on the tire. i also see you got a coner light good job man.

it dose look like a ruber DX bumper that is just beet up not like a painted lx/LX-i bumper cuz i sanded it all the way down to ruber and then painted it with DX bumper coating
what you need to do is sand the bumper cover down,fix any cracks or gouges with flexible bumper repair compound,then paint it with a high build flexible primer. after that wet sand it down smooth,then paint with the proper bumper black coating. I used the duplicolor flexible bumper coating. make sure you prep properly first,or any scratches or gouges will show up. it's a semigloss matt coating. it's not paint. let me find my link to my project with this.
