lol BiteSize, nah, i am still looking to find a EX/EXi/SEi for complete wire harness for my electric conversion. Without this, I don't want to put the interior back. But i am preparing the engine bay. Beside, nothing new..... oh, my Rear disk brake are almost ready. And what about yours? My Wing isn't ready too.

There are a couple of groups that run at sebring on a regular basis for street cars. They are called Drivers Education (DE's) schools. You pay some money, show up with your car, they set you up with an instructor and you drive. Thats how i started. Some are porsche schools or bmw schools but it really doesn't matter your car. I've been out with a group called Chin Motorsports a number of times. The instructors are good and you get a bunch of track time, but you've got to be on our toes because they mix fast and slow cars together. They'll rent you a helmet so you can save a little there. After you go out a couple of times with an instructor and get decent, they'll sign you off to solo.
It's not racing, and trust me if your car is somthing you want to keep in good shape, you don't want to be racing with it. I get run into about every 3 or 4 races. To do real racing you'll need to put together a race car, full roll cage, fire supression system, kill switch, and get a bunch of gear.
Don't limit yourself to just Sebring either. There are courses all over the place and many ways to get in via DE. They aren;t cheap but there isn;t any other way to do this without a purpose built car.
That said, there isn;t anything like this on the planet. 120mph going into turn 17 at Sebring with 2 cars in front and 3 breathing down your tail while you slide the entire time while your dealing with the crappy bumps in the concrete trash they call a race track is a rush that cannot be expressed in words, pictures, video or any other method. It took me a while to grow the balls to do it. I had to unlearn how to drive and get over my fear. I still get butterflys at every start, 63 car field 20 in front of you and they drop the green, you hit the gas, field spreads out to 5 or 7 wide and the noise is insane. all you see is cars in front, behind, left, right, you can't even see the road. you get up to about 70 or 80 and then feel the field of cars start to turn into the first left hander. your car starts to slide and someone bumps you from behind. the two cars in front have brakes that suck or they suck so they brake early, red tail lights everywhere, and you jerk the wheel to the right to get around the outside. the car gets unsettled but you hit the gas hard, cause your front wheel, and steer inside the line to get back straight again even though all four wheels are floating. tach says 5k and speedo says 60. sorry to drag on but this is the coolest shit ever.
I suggest trying autocross first if you haven't already. Totally safe, worst you can do is hit a cone. and you get to see if its somthing you really want to do.

...and from experience, as dloper said, auto-x is a nice intro to racing that'll help you decide if racing is for you, or better left to someone else.

Re: HATCH pics thread... ...let's see 'em
There is a list of things I'd love to do if I had the time and money, and building and campaigning a race car is at the top of the list. Oh well.
I think it's awesome that you're doing it in a 3rd gen Accord.
