Looks good!
Thanks yeah I do believe im gonna lower it another turn in a bit.
they look nice i lowered mine lower than that i wear out tires like i piss i need to fix my camber bad h0pe u dont have the same prop
looks so much better... amazeing what a inch or 2 can do for the looks... good job man
Yeah im gonna go a couple turns lower in the fornt in a bit.
Alright i lowered it another inch in the front but now its feeling a little bouncy.
The struts probably can't handle the stiffness of the springs.
You should swap the fronts and the rears....high rear spring rates = less understeer.
Alex
^Yeah I dont want to be bouncy or too soft in the front though. Although I really dont know the spring rates of the arospeed coils in back, they didnt have marking on em when I got em only a little bit of the naem left, I know theyre for ef chassis though and are yellow. I lowered the front another inch and it got bouncy but if I have it at the rate in those pics its fine adn stiff. I have a q you think some tokico blue would be fine in front for this drop/spring rate. I havea set of fronts.
That looks good. It's kinda cool to know that Civic coilovers will work on our cars. That leaves so many opportunities, and now I know how I can upgrade my suspension in the future.
Oh yeah just use your tophats and stuff and youre set. Regular civic struts and spring will dump you 3" in the rear, but coilovers give you the adjustability you need.
Looking Good
I think Im gonna be looking for a good strut pretty soon then lol, These springs are killing my suspension lol. Nah but honestly i raised them up about 2 turns and ride is ok, not bouncy anymore bu stiff, and when I run over something, especially a sewer drain sounds like my car is gonna break in half lol.
yeah tokicos can only handle like 350 pound springs....time for me to send in my konis when i get my tax refund.
Yeah I picked up some tokicos the other day for 15 for the frontns.
Well here are a couple more quick pics.

350# springs?? More like 180# springs. Either way, looks better.
Alex
^Yup too bad i have less than a quarter of an inch shock travel in front....guess its time for the vector tophat mod lol.
looks good but paint the eyelds to match man lol
Nah lol.
at least it looks good even tho it might not ride nice
Itll be riding nice again next week.
I just talked to Paul from Koni for a bit and he quoted me about $250 per corner. That includes stock rebuild, from UNIVERSAL parts they use for all dampers, so they are NOT out of stock.
The rebuild is about 140
Shortening is about 70
External adjustment is only 4, since only the spindle is replaced with a hollow version.
plus shipping.
That is nice!
Had a lot of catching up to on this thread... (Wipes forehead)
