^Maybe Im gonna return to stock front soon, but im not sure yet.. Im probably going to be running a 88-89 bumper again too lol. I had one on in the beginning right when I got the car, but took it off put the 86 one back on, then put this last 86 one on. Now I ofund a MINT one in the jy same color as my car so if its there next week im gonna get it, and put my lip on it.
86-87 ftw looks more sleeperish and has cool orange bumper lights :P
^Yeah, I know but the 88-89 one I found at the jy looked brand new, and my lip will fit better on it.
Also guys got me tokicos off of the stock springs last night took 5 mins per side. Thank god for ratchet straps.

Yeah Im gonna get another set of tophats and carriage bolts and do the vector mod next week. I dont mind if it looks funny, functionality is what im going for lol.

yay for wanting to go back to 88-89 front.... plus that will help way down the line when you go turbo (no way in hell to fit a FMIC in the 86-87 bumper lol)

Well guys went and got the extra tophats I needed today so I can do the vector mod tomorrow if all goes well. Im not sure if I want to stick the tokicos in there or just leave the stock civic struts for now, either way once the mod is done neither should blow anytime soon. While at the jy I came across a nice surprise. A set of lowering springs were found on an 89 accord lxi sedan that I got the tophats off of. For 2 bucks a spring, I couldnt refuse them even though I have coilovers. Here are pics of my tokicos (which i made one even dirtier cleaning it up a little lol, they will get a good cleaning soon) and the springs I picked up. I think the sprins are progressive rate. but that sedan was slammed to the ground on em so I dont know what commpany makes em or what drop. Cheers.

the sprint springs also look similar, but a little bit different i think...
my ride height doesn't seem "slammed" also
but the advertised ride drop is the same on both those and the sprints, 2.25"
i wonder if my ride will drop much more over time, since they are new.....
Who knows lol. Well i have to take into acount the accord in the jy was slammed, because all of the struts were completely shot, and well as it sitting in a mudhole...and only haveing one wheel on it which was tucked into the fenderwell. Oh well I got a hell of a deal anyway . XD

^You just have to look man....I have literally started looking everywhere one every accord i find. XD I have been getting really lucky at the jys lately too. I never would have thought I would find ANY aftermarket parts in the yard I went to today.
Well im off to mod my tophats and get my tokicos in and such, will be posting pics later of course. Hopefully my ride home will be better than the ride to my buddies haha.
Ok guys well finally at 1:05 am this morning I finished up with my vector mod, and man waqs it good. I cant use my dc bar right now, but ill be modding it in the future to go back in its ok being out for now. IM gonna lower the back some more and maybe just slam the car tomorrow. The ride is great now, its got a factory feel to it, but still stiff....man i love this idea, definitely one of the best things ive done to my car. Cost of everything was around 20 bucks for 4 tohates and all the hardware. Cheers.

Vector mod was a success, although i used smaller bolts than it said, because these work fine. I used stock size studs.
