ok i just came back from making my self a cheeseburger with onion rings...

this is also why we are having the next meet in the springs, most of the members are in the springs, thus creating a hopefully better turn out. However, if the roads are bad... you can almost count me out. My tires dont grip for shit in the snow.
count me out for the meet, my car is probably unfixable..... So i have no transportation, let alone an accord.

Hm.... it really does depend on whether you think it's worth it or not. From what a lot of the people on the board are saying, it seems to be a somewhat easy fix if you have access to the tools, time, and(right now especially) decent weather to do it in. If you're going to look for another 3G... at least the market here for 'em is decent enough, and I'm sure you could find a decent one for not that much... but a decent 3G might cost more than even having a shop do the repairs.
As far as the time of the meet, I gess it's settled? Jan. 2, 2006; about 12 PM? Now, I guess we need to figure out where... if we're looking for cool, scenic shoots, I'm figuring Garden of the Gods, or the 'lookout point' on Palmer Park for two... they should have enough parking lottage to fit our cars, as well. The only caveat is that those places would strictly be a BYOF/BYOD affair; there aren't any restauraunts close-by, except for some fast food joints down Garden of the Gods. As far as attendance, count me in; I'll request the 2nd off work right now, if need be.
Tuesday the 3rd would actually work a little better for me, but we will see...
I dont go back to school until that thursday, so mon-weds will work for the most part.
Also matt if you read this, get on AIM, i wanna talk about the last week of december, i need to get my car fully functional again before the meet. Need to fix the plug so the o2 sensors will read right, and hopefully allow it to run right, front ball joints, bearings, and a few studs are shot. The mech said the only way he could do it is if i pulled the knuckles and brought them in, kuz he cant get my car on any of his lifts.
I could probably help you during the week between christmas and new years, but that depends on if I'm gonna go out to north carolina to see my in-laws... it still isn't settled yet.
I'll call them today and let you know when I hear from them.

Well today playin around in the snow, i bumped a curb, and now my left front balljoint is constantly popping, so is my cv... meh, good thing i was planning on replacing those anyway... now i just need the money to do it.
So much for the banks system on my dads truck.
man, i am avoiding snow at all costs now... lol

I'll probably be going to vegas for new year's so if I get back on the second it may or may not be posibble for me to go to the meeting. So I'll see what happens, either way if I go I'll have to take my other ride because the accord is being fixed after some punk break in and destroyed the dash,climate controls and few other things to get the stereo out.:mad: So for now no Accord to drive.:sad2:
I'm scheduled to work the 2nd..... but then again that has about a 50% chance of changing by then...
I can definately do the second, at 1 PM. I can pretty much make any date as long as I know at _least_ the weekend before the meet.
