if the jet ecu worked on an 86 lxi it will probably not work on an 88 lxi because they do not have the same ecuQuote:

to answer some recent questions
JG throtle body is to be used for 86-87 honda accord that TB is still for sale
the ECU is for 86-87 honda accord it was used on an LXI and I also used it on the b20 motor
RC injectors can be used for 86-89 honda accord and used on other models as well since alot of honda parts crossover I used these on my b20 motor as well
