Haha nice that bug is sweet... one day I'll get one of those as a project car.
Oh and good choice on the H&R's... i'm sure you'll love them.
cant wait to see it done!
That Bug is sweet! My 2nd vehicle was a 74 super beetle that I spent 8 months on fully restoring. Same set up, 1835cc with dual webers. Car pulled like crazy! I had to get rid of it after I rolled it on it's side a few times and bent the trailing arm sliding into a curb during the second roll over! :eek5: What fun I had in that car!Quote:

If I could find another one and the time I'd do it all over again.Quote:

That bug is sweet. You are going to love the H&R's, I know I love mine. Dont be surprised if the ride is a little hard the 1st day, I know mine was hard for the 1st day and the 2nd, then the 3rd day it rode smoother. I cant wait to see the car lowered.
Anyone ever try the Suspension Tech springs?
I got some Suspension Tech Springs. They have 2.5 " drop in the front & 2" in the back. I had to get some prelude arms to correct the camber. There pretty good springs.Quote:
