The most work was probably getting the angles right along with flipping the downpipe flanges 180 deg. (You have to change the angle of the downpipe flange on the upper header)
You do need to do some work to the head flange and I suppose that took me a while as well, since you need to do some welding on the 2 center runners if you want the ports to match up.

hmmm so would you be willing to mutilate another h22a header and ship it to me?
Sorry I havent really got the time and besides I can only imagine that it will be a lot cheaper for you to get it done locally. Or try to find a B20A5 header, those do not require all this work.
Im using a stock honda h22 header cause its not made of cast iron and its all i can afford, I will modify the head flange and all i plan on doing with the down pipe is welding the h22a's downpipe flange onto the b20as downpipe so i dont have to change angles with any of the bends. I dunno how it will affect power but it seems the easyest way to get rid of that ugly, but effective oem cast manifold.
yeah the cast oem does look like it was thought out, made to flow decent.
I have so much work in getting this one off, no way am I wanting to put cast iron back on it. I have the smooth shiny sexy custom carb-ey intake manifold, it needs more smooth company.
so any h22 header will work?
dude i need to knw if this will work i know its expensive but its worth it to me

i would get a 2 piece....cuz it might need some downpipe angle changes
1st problem I see: will it clear the radiator?
2nd problem: it's one piece which makes it more difficult to make cuts and reweld it. And you WILL need to cut and weld it.
