That pic makes me nostalgic when my car was stock. Was a turd back then though 😂 it's always been a hoot to drive

Other than the head unit (which is out of an LX-I or SE-I, I forgot....and the tape deck needs belts, damn it) it's bone stock. I wouldn't mind getting it Weber swapped/vac deleted one day, but I'd like to keep the H4F4 AT and not manual swap it. The smiley ball on the antenna and the ancient Bush Jr. era beach parking permit are from the previous 80 year old Polish woman owner.

My first car I bought almost a year ago and I've spent the time fixing it up and learning to work on cars with my dad. 1986 Lx-i hatchback with 131k miles ready for another Alaskan winter. Planning on repainting it silver next summer or maybe a wrap I'm not sure.

I hit a moose just outside of Eielson AFB in my 1987 Accord Lxi that was my hs car. Yours looks very similar to mine. I just bought a 89 4 door but its not the same as the hatch and lxi. I still go up to AK every September and enjoy the memories and make new ones. Post more pics. Do you have the maroon interior?

Yes I prefer the look of the hatchback more than the 4 door coupe. I have the maroon interior but I think eventually I want to try to find or make it black. What happened with your car after you hit the moose?
