Assuming my civic is running, I will probably go.
I hopeing for it being on the road next monday.... they will only issue me a 3day temp tag... but a 60 day tag if the title was clear... that's fucked up.
So hopefully new tires on monday next week and the ECU this week. Then we'll see if there's anything else we have to do to it.
sup ladies! I have been so busy working. My car still isn't fixed. I'm having trouble finding time, and a ride to get the parts I need. Who's gonna help me out? anyone? lol...

make time not this weekend thats comming up, but the weekend after. Request it off if you need to.
i can probably make the 27th, but i might be available only in the afternoon. we'll see. i think i might have had plans to snowboard, but that won't stop me from coming later :D

i was planning on going on that sunday, we could all go up together if you want. Would be kinda fun
I'm still planning to be at the meet too, just so you know.
My windshield cracked towards the bottom, so that sucks, and I still need to wash the car! lol There's a chance I might have my system hooked up (nothing fancy), but my cd/mp3 player won't accept cds anymore :( so I need a new head unit. I'd like to also get my alarm hooked up, but I'm not sure if I'll get to it.
So no plans for where we're going to do this and what we're going to do?
probably going to meet at the denver skate park, or somewhere further south... castle rock? kinda half way between us up here in the north, and you guys down in the south. It could work i suppose. I dunno. Ideas?
Castle rock sounds great! There's an awesome chinese restaurant there, near the Safeway off of exit 181, for those of you who are familiar with the area.
And Daniels park is a cool place to get pics.
Yeah, it's between the "Northern" guys, but i don't know if you'd call that "northern" lol... i'm way the hell up here, it take me 25 minutes to get where Halxi is at.

Castle Rock sounds great, chinese resturant sounds good, a park sounds nice.

I didn't get to putting in the sound system or alarm this week, next week hopefully. I'm selling my black prelude (I didn't mention it on here before) to someone I work with. I fixed a lot on that car and will be getting back almost what I put into it, minus one or two hundred. Not bad though. Especially since it's real rusty. I put the aftermarket exhaust back on the car (has exhaust leak) because the person I'm selling it to likes loud cars. It also has an H&R Sports drop.
My brown car feels and drives better, even though it's stock, and that's why I'm keeping it. I could bring either car, but since I'm selling the black one, I'd rather not drive it so nothing happens to it... plus the clutch pedal doesn't feel very stiff and I need to work on that.
what's your "brown" car lol... elaborate a bit
I got a set of alloy rims (stock accord) with almost new goodyear tires you can buy.
Robie wont eat chinese, but whatever... im down! Ill take her and grab some pizza or somethin, then meet back up with you guys after that. If she goes, right now its looking like shes going to... since she ditched my on my birthday for a rodeo :(
So if sunday works better for all you guys, i can do that now... then i wouldnt have to bring teh woman either... hmmm... idears? input?
lol deadhead... both of my cars (black and brown) are 1991 Preludes... the black one is a 2.0 Si, and the brown one is my Si. ;)
btw, I found a bent 13" steelie today with a tire on it... still holds air it seems even though the threads on the tire are showing... well, don't think it could help you, but just thought I'd mention it... just in case lol
Sunday is not good for me, but if it's better for the others then I'll sacrifice myself being there since I don't even have an accord. Oh, and pizza sounds good too...

its the south east corner of i-25 and founders parkway
founders parkway is the northernmost exit for castle rock (last exit for you guys commin from the springs, first exit for us comming from the north)
take the founders parkway exit, go east, its the first right... theres a sonic and carls jr (if its still there) that butts up to the road, go down in there and thats the king soopers parking lot

actually, I got it today.
Fired right up and is running much much better
just have to do some fine tuning of the idle and it should be good.
just have an alignment and new tires to go.

No, I wish they were. In fact, my friend told me there was a 4WS lude for sale for $500 locally, and when I called he said he already sold it.:chainsaw:
I like 4WS but don't care too much for ALB.
I worked on the black one a little bit, and adjusted the clutch pedal... it feels a lot firmer now and engages towards the top. The only major things I have to do now, is fix an exhaust leak, and take it to a car wash.
The exhaust is leaking at the flange where the muffler bolts up. It's kinda rusty and cruddy between the two surfaces. I guess I'll see what I can do with a file, and then put a new donut gasket in (if possible) and then a flange gasket in between the two flanges. I don't know if I can fix it, but I'll try.
Oh, one more thing... if I have time I'll try to put new bumper clips on the sides of the bumper. I have them, just haven't put them on yet... so right now the bumper is hanging down on both sides.
BTW, Deadhead, good to hear about the ECU working! :D
Edit: Just remembered another thing I want to fix before then... I have an extra blower (heater and a/c) motor that I need to swap in. The one in there won't turn anymore.
