Looks good thou gio .
good stuff. I miss my A20 start up sound
That was on stock block. Besides, I'm not worried about revving high, as long as it makes power I'll be happy. It's been too cold here the last few days, so no work done.
yea, its been horible up north, atleast you dont get those cheyenne winds.. I cant wait to see this run. you planning on taking it to the track?
It's been 45-59 last couple days
I get you but you know Jerry an Honda man had to give me shit so I gave it back lol.
Lol easy 3gr lol.
Moar progress right meow!
No money, means no progress :sadwave:
yea an yea but still oem buildt lol
First I still need to see if it was my output shaft seal that was leaking, and get that replaced. That's it. I still need to get Neptune, and get the dual walbros on to try to get some nice power
Status?
Mine happily revs to 8500rpm peak power at 7600rpm if I had a decent header would be more like 8000rpm peak instead though. Block on mine is blueprinted but all the main parts are 100% Honda, rods, bolts, pistons. Rings are hastings, bearings are ACL racing, the wrist pins are Federal mogul as they're lighter one day might get round to fitting those titanium ones I'd like made! lol! Seriously though I would really love some Eagle titanium rods, titanium pins, JE forged high compression pistons, more titanium in the head for valves, retainers, Bisi springs and push that engine right up to 9000rpm if possible with a dirty cam running 295 degree duration and 12mm lift all round. I think that would definatley get me onto around 240-250bhp :) Sound like a bag of nails idling but you don't get to hear that too often! haha!
Buummp! To see progress
Slaaaacker
triple bumpity bump bump
Quad bump
Weeee, she runs! :D
Sorry I haven't updated anything in here. I'm trying to finally get Cygnus' mounts in. But I either got the wrong ones, or my crossmember is different. I can't even come close to bolting them up :(
Hey Gio,
Yeah, I just recently discovered that the SI Preludes have a different front cross member that only has the holes for the front style mount. :banghead: For whatever reason the Accords have both sets of holes so they're fine. I'm working on a revised bracket that uses the front style holes that will work with the SI Prelude and with the Accords, but I'm not sure when they'll be available. More people are suddenly running into this issue though so I'll see if I can expedite things. When they are ready I'll send you a new front bracket at no charge. Not sure I still have your address so I'll PM you if I need it.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
