Who needs an engine anyways!!
So since IA, it's still running strong! And at this point more reliable than my BMW (which has some sort of drain and/or charging issue) Crazy how much of a beating these cars can take and keep on ticking.
Swapped for a 2g Prelude front bumper. Write up here: https://www.3geez.com/forum/showthrea...27#post1079927

I'm working on a front lip to fit it now, should have something cool to show you guys in the next couple weeks!
Now that you've done that, you could probably do 3rd gen prelude front bumper.. Looks a little better than the 2g.
I like that though
IMO the lines wouldn't really work. And they have those dips for the headlights. It may fit but I don't think it would look good. But you should give it a shot and prove me wrong though! It'd be interesting to see.
I'm doing it, but I'm in a 2g lude :)
sneaky sneaky!
so me and the little bro were swapping carbs today :)

Yup! Color with Montana cans...

I was wondering how you got the paint so shinny, but it turned out really good.
Yea man, I've only done some larger things but nothing as big as a car. I would be a hurtin' unit haha. I like those dupli-colour nozzles, the blue ones with the pinch type! It's sooo much nicer and no where near the fatigue of the other shitty ones.
Oh, and what carb?
I like the action, but not the finish or spray pattern. Rustoleum is my jam. And I've been running a "built" and "tuned" "race" carb, which was great for accelerating, when fully warmed, on days with no moisture or humidity, at 85 degrees outside. But idling and such... not so much. It barely runs in the cold. So I put the stocker back on after doing the stage 4 vac delete.
yeah that. it only ran right when you floored it, so it was thus a "built tuned race" carb ;)
true story. but i already had 120 dollars in that specific color of spraypaint at my disposal for free, so i figured i'd give it a shot (pun intended)
Your engine bay is out of this world. Are you planning to shave the holes? That would make it out of this solar system.
Yup! Next time I change the color and have the engine out, which will more than likely be this winter. And thanks!
I'm digging the progress bro. You put the old skill in old skool.
