well we still got to havea location and time to meet so we can get this going its around the corner guys. john needs to know how many people are attending bbq if so we should all bring something like i said b4. what we going to do first? idk but we need a time..ill be leaving here around 7 friday night and be there by mawaki or w/e my brother lives there so ill be by the mall area.

John do you want a list for the people attending...Go carts are going to be fun if we can do that to. Alex is that a for sure thing to or what? how much is to ride also...lol been awhile but im a savage lol. But anywho time ill be up early like 8am or so so we can do photo shots or w/e.

well for know Im on the list pending I can at least get my coupe up and running. im not bringing down the HB or the sedan. Im not too proud of those. Worst case ill bring my bioke but Id like to be a part of it. Just be sure to give everyone notices a few days before please. Im forgetful

Okay, I e-mailed the PIR staff to see if it would be possible to sort of make PIR our meet up point. I hope to hear back from them today or tomorrow. I thought that would be the most logical thing to do. You would of-course have to pay an entry fee to get into the track whether you race or not. But we had to pay to reserve a spot a the park last time, so I think that is a reasonable deal. It might make the official meet time closer to the evening, and if you want to show up to the Dyno before hand, we'll set a time for that too. My hope is that we can just hang at PIR and BS for a while until the drags actually start, instead of trying to find and reserve a meet spot that isn't at the track.

I'll post an update as soon as I get more information. If the dyno time is already listed in this thread, someone should repost it here, and then I'll edit the initial post in this thread with the updated information so we can make this official finally. And update the thread title with the date.

Well hell, I don't know what's near by.

What time do we need to show up for the dyno day? I'm just trying to figure out all options for the logistics of this, so we can have a set schedule for the day. Otherwise people will get lost, frustrated and wind up going home.

Oh, yeah, there's a strip mall down the street, a burger king that has a decent sized lot, a sharis, a baxter's auto parts.

Way easier than setting up anything with PIR.

edit: dyno days usually start at 10-11am and last until they're done. Drags start at 6 or 7 and go til 11?

What's the address and name of the shop the Dyno is at?

I've got a friend coming with his MR2, so as long as we have Rendon, Me, Chris, and my buddy, we'll have 5 cars, since I've got someone driving my other Accord down too. Sounds like we should easily have more though if half the people here show through.

Ill try but no promises as of yet. Like I said if the coupe isnt ready I can bring a work car 86 hb or one of my motorcycles. Still have to check the calendar as it gets closer

This dyno day is a general one, doesn't require a minimum number to participate as there will be plenty of other cars running, I'm sure.

Oh ok good. I was going to feel bad if they opened just for us and then nobody showed up. No problem it sounds like. Here I thought you were doing us a favor. :tongue:

Also, can you check the post on the first page, and confirm that the map that I linked to for the shop is accurate? Never been there, so it would be nice to have someone confirm that Google Maps isn't 'tarded. Thanks.
