Well it was nice to meet all the new faces! Sorry I had to bail out early. After the rain dumped on us I was just anxious to get home if we had a spot of dry weather. Was way too freaky driving over with no defrost and 2" of rain in the car cause the window was down (manual defrost!)

I wish I would have been able to hang out longer though.

Well there quite a few people there, most of the people who were planning on making it showed up, with a couple exceptions. Maybe 10+ ish cars and a handful more people?

Meet turned out awesome! Don't know how many cars we had total, maybe around 10? 5 cars stayed the night in Portland. We tore it up after hours.

Pics are unloading now so the ETA on them is not long. Will make a new thread in Pics and Videos section.

Great seeing everyone and hope we can do it again sometime soon!

Yeah it was cool seeing you all again, and cool meeting those of you I hadn't met before. I'll scan in the dyno results, and the results from the Kart Track here shortly. Turns out that PIR didn't get rained out though :uh: But by the time we showed up around 9:00 they were finishing up the drags. So we could have hit the race track had we just gone.... You wouldn't have known it though from the way it DOWNPOURED in Beaverton. :banghead:

Also, I'd like to make a compilation video for the meet so we don't have 40,000 little clips, so if you can, send me your actual video files off of your camera through a site like yousendit.com or something like that. Zip them up into one file if possible. If you can't get the zipped, I'll set up a site for you to upload the videos so I can grab them.

august works for me as well. no school and hopefully Ill have everything done by then. Lets decide a weekend or an event that we can all go to. Does PIR offer carting rentals? Like on a full sized 125cc cart? Id be down to rent a bike and go road coursing. I just picked up a fatty cbr 929 trackbike. What weekend works best?

i will probably be out of town from the 14th thru the 24th, but the first 2 weekends in august, or the last weekend in august might work for me.

im down, this time i wont have a rediculous valve lash issue, and i should be 5spd by then...

I prolly won't be coming. one road trip is plenty for me in one year. I need to keep from pissing my boss off too much so that he'll still give me autocross weekends off.

I cant do aug 14 or 15 since its pinks all out at pacific raceways and Ive got alot of friends racing that weekend. Im trying to get free tickets or cheap super cool tickets. Ill let you know how it works for me if anyone else would like to go.

I'll plan the rock crawling camping trip based on when you guys want to meet. I'll go the 1st weekend and camp the next or whatnot.

so we have the 2 first wekends in august 3rd and 10th or we can do the 31st. Does anyone have any issues with any of these weekends that would help plan or have an suggestions as to a which day would be better based on local activities or events?
