April 16 - 18. That will be a Friday Satuday and Sunday. Everyone should make this meet. not just for our 3Geez but for the Kool April Nites event in itself. well worth the drive. Some enthusiasts trailor their cars in from montana and texas just to make it here. its well worth the drive, so hope to see you all there.

Ok guys chill out the meet is still 3 weeks away, its not going to kill you if you don't know the exact spot we are meeting. I'm talking to Terry and Mario, I'm just waiting of them to finish the exact detail of the meet and everything you will need to know. :)

Sorry I can't come, no money.....:( I'm going to plan a Portland meet soon, maybe in June or July when there is no school and more work, which means more money.

I'm not sure on the time we should all meet, maybe around 2:00pm. The cruise doesn't start until 6:30pm so if you don't want to rush to make it there by 2:00 you don't have to, you can call one of us and we will meet up. The sleeping arrangements are still being worked out but we are trying to get some people to camp out in the back yard and get some inside a house.

We will come back into town and we can either split up or decide what to do from there. movies, shopping, blah blah blah, etc. later that night is the pro drag race where they will have the Jet fuel Cars which should be pretty sweet. last week somebody crashed @ 125mph.

Sunday we will just clean up hang out whatever. i believe there is a car show that imports can enter. somewhere in town. and then everybody can go home!!

Well I just don't know what to say. I just tell it like it is THIS MEET WAS A TOTAL BUST. For all those people that said that they would be there and weren't whould have never signed up for it. I understand that some things come up family, money problems. There was 6 people friday and 4 on saturday. Yeah not good at all. Eric from washington drove 7 hours at night to get there. But all you guys missed out on the best cooking ever. Marios mom is the best cook ever I mean EVER. I will post some pictures later.

Even with the limited number of people that showed up, and the rather unlimited drama, we still had fun. Lots of old gas guzzling muscle cars fuming up the air. It didn't rain all that much, so all you people that backed out cause of the rain :flipa: . J/K The drags were fun, there were some nice muscle cars there, and some other nice cars like a 300ZX twin turbo, and a 3rd gen RX-7. There was even a 7 second Corvette. The jet cars didn't run on Saturday night cause the track was a bit wet. There were lots of people out on the cruise though (including cops) and if all y'all hoes (I say that with affection) had showed up, we could have represented 3geez style. If this meet "goes down" next year, come; it'll be more organized, and even more fun, especially if the weather is nicer

I wish my insurance didn't have to try to screw me over otherwise Me and Nate would have been down there Friday nite!

I already explained....I had to go to the emergency room in March....Spent $1,100...so i was broke.

I know you weren't going to be there, I'm just saying there was people that said they would be there so mario went out an spent money on a BBQ and then nobody showed up. We had a ton of left over food and his mom was cooking all day and part of the day before. I felt bad for her going threw all that work for just a few people.

I want to apologize too.. Had 3geez not been down right before this meet happened, maybe more people would've ended going who said they were going.. Without 3geez up I am sure it was really hard getting information at the last minute. Hopefully this situation will never happen again. Again I apologize.

Hey its not like you new it was going to happen, yeah it hurt us a little but in the end I don't think it would have changed the out come all that much.

i want to apologize for not showing up. I was actually in redding earlier that week, but tuesday it started to rain and i had pretty much already run out of money, so i didnt see how i was going to stay that whole week. It sucks because i should have just come down for the weekend instead of staying that whole week. April is WAAAYY too early to be camping in a tent at lake shasta.

I feel bad I couldn't go even though I never said I would. :(

Damn that food looks good. And it looks like you guys still had a good turnout despite the board problems. Like Marc said, I'm sorry you guys had trouble organizing in the final days because of the outage.

Well, I wanted to be there despite the fact that my AC compressor's gone bad and the car sounds unhealthy, but then I didn't show up cuz I received news on Thursday that my godfather had passed away. See what happens when I make plans? I got it all planned out, anxiously awaiting for Friday to come because I didn't have class and didn't have to work during the weekend and my supervisor approved my request to work early on Friday so I can be there in the evening...but yeah, I got news on Thursday that my godfather had passed so instead of driving up to Redding after work, I came back home, and drove my brother's car down to SoCal for the funeral services. This is why I didn't show up and I apologize if I let anyone of you down.

Damn Matt nice ass shot there. :D Yea we got some snow on the pass as you can see 2nd pic. My new $200 fornt tires sure did like that stuff, but at least my one of my shitty Kumho ties blew after 15K so I was able to get some quality rubber. I wish I could have stayed for the food and everything but I wasn't having the best day and Renee wasn't having a good day either. I promised here we would have some fun but just ended up coming home friday night and passing out on here coutch.

I agree with 300700'88lx-i, despite not having very many people show up, it was still a pretty good meet. It was really nice of Mario and his family to host this event and bear with us. The car show, drags, BBQ, Mario helping my with my car, driving, etc. really made up for my long-ass drive there and back to Oly.

YEah this meet was really kind of a bummer because we had all this people saying yeah lets go, and then when crunch time hits no one shows up except a couple people and mainly the hometown crew and a couple Oregonians!. Is it even possible to get SO-CAL people motivated to have a meet. or any CA people for that matter. seems like Oregon knows whats going on!
