They aren't as high quality as the PRI ones.
Those are PRI mounts, they are resellers.
I'll email them and get more details.
Sweet. A swap looks more attractive now.
How does that compair to placeracing's price? Just curious.

Interesting. Hopefully these guys are legit. Mine were a steal from EBAY. :)
hey now... I'm OK with that find. Thanks Juan, you're the man!
How much did you pay again??
$4XX :)
that price they're selling for is about the right price. if ur gonna go direct to place racing.. they WILL over charge u. but if u go through a shop to get it., the price will be around the same price as that website of 550 some dollars. not only that, ur gonna have to pay for shipping which will cost a lil more and if they tax u too. u might as well jus go direct to place racing. looks good!
Well, i just got a reply from them with a quote. :) Best price ever!!!!!

249.99 IS THE COST OF THE WIRE HARNESS AND YOU NEED TO SEND ME YOUR HARNESS
AS WELL as a core.

I like that price!Quote:

Just got better news. He's willing to go cheaper for multiple orders. He needs to know how many orders will be coming in, so he can work out a price with his manager i guess.
ask him if he can sell me 2 mounts at the discount. forgot i cant use the drivers side mount.
Why would you want that? What kind of project are you doing?
cuz a 2gen teg front crossbar fits my car and my side mount is not the same as the Si and accord mounts.
is a wiring harness the same as an ECU ? or do we have to order a new ECU from them ?
Jordan
No, a wire harness is just a "wire harness" its "wires" that connect to sensors in the engine and then connect to the computer (ECU).Quote:

The ECU (Computer) is another story all together ;)
All you need is the wire harness that has been modified for the new B16 computer to work with our set up.
we should set a date for everyone who wants to get a kit to turn in the money so we can get a discounted kit, what about the axils, shift rod, try to get a price for the whole swap kit
I'm gonna do a F20B swap, anyone wanna help me out and send me on the right direction of what I need, so far I know I will need the axles, engine mounts, Most likely a new ecu with the wire harness, what else?
the f20b is just a different form oh h22 since they use the same setup, u know how everyone hates h22 questions
where is the alt. on the Bser. engine. could you post some pics of your engine bay OldSchoolSwap.
Its under the Intake Cam gear. Look at my avatar and you shoud see where the belt straps it.Quote:

I don't think i have pics of my engine bay that will show my alt.
Go to my site and check out the pics.
what was done to make this engine work? i am mainly interested in the wiring; location on the ecm, wiring harness, things that were generally a pain in the ass to make fit.
what do F20B's come from?
umm... never mind i read the next thread and it went to describe that engine....hmm.. rather well!
one little quick questions about the placeracing mounts. will they work fine with the B18C type r engine?
Yes! All B series.Quote:

F20B engines come from 2 diff accords, the 90-93 Accord SiR and the 98+ Accord SiR-T all in Japan. Its a JDM Spec Motor
The F20B runs around 3500 to 4000 though doesn't it?! Why not just do the H22A.. you'll end up saving money in the long run and it has the same HP output basically.....
