This is an example of a nicely done car. Not ricey whatsoever, but cool enough to turn heads. I like what you've done with it, and it looks insanely clean. It seems like it need a little bit of a drop.

My car looks almost like yours! I'll have pics up soon so all can see. I'm still working on it tho. It's the same blue, has a body kit, 17" chromium black rims, tinted windows, smoked tail lights, and soon to be dropped and have a new not-ricey-sound exhaust, and a brand new paint job!
By the way, is the paint on your car factory, or did it get a new paint job?

Thanks everybody. Yeah I was tired of the old wheels because 1. they looked too small on the car 2. they were polished aluminum and looked like crap if i didnt keep on polishing them and 3. they were slightly bent so it had a little shake at some speeds.

Yeah I try to stay away from gaudy looking things. Anything I put on this car will look like it belongs there, and I try to match things also. (ex. no white rims because there is no white on my car). And I take pride in keeping this thing clean because I love when people tell me my 17 year old car looks newer than it really is.

Eh, I'm so torn on whether or not to drop it. Looks wise, yeah I definitely want to. But I don't want to mess up the front of the kit. I measured the front of my car and my car is lower than my dads 528i w/ a lip and lower than my brothers EP3 and his car is low as crap. I cant remember exactly how low my car was off the ground but i think it was somewhere around 6.5".

This kit would look hot on your car imo. Especially if/when you get those GT3's. I was actually looking at those, but I didn't want to copy anybody and I found these for a good price.

Yeah thats one of my favorite pic's of my car. It reminds me sorta of that Infiniti M35/45 commercial where they talk about the body lines and aerodynamics of the car.

Thanks. I dunno where Oldschoolswap is, but I have to say that his car is my favorite 3g of all time. It not only looks good, but also performs good. I know their were a couple of other sedans on here with the xenon kit, but the weird thing is that they were all white, except one I remember was black.

Found an old picture of my car back when my mom first bought it (well, 2 months after). Just figured i'd post it. Sorry for the quality, but all i did was take a picture of a picture, so its not gonna come out that great. Oh, and that mark on the fender is on the actual picture, but not the car. The picture was taken in Germany btw.

I also found a picture of my dads old corolla (wasnt old then). He bought it in 1988 new, and this was also taken in 1989 in Germany.

I had to get my car inspected, so i had to take out the foglights (they dont turn off when I turn the high-beams on). I really need to get a switch. Anyways, here is what it looks like w/o them.

My parents were stationed there (army), and they needed a new car so they bought this, and when they left Germany to come back to the states, they had to sell the RX-7 because the army would only ship one car back. The good thing about that is Honda shipped our car for free, and the army paid for the Toyota, but shipping would have been expensive for the RX-7.

Yeah they look pretty good on it i think. We actually still have them, and i was going to put them on the car, but I would have to have 2 of them fixed because my mom hit a pothole and bent them. Its not that bad of a bend, in fact its not even noticable to the eye, but my mom said it was hard for them to get it balanced and the wheels never rode the same.

Now she drives a dark grey 1995 Mercury Villager. Yeah, thats a minivan, but i would have no problem driving this because it looks cool. She has 17's, a front visor, a rear spoiler, nice running boards, and dark tint. Oh, and it also has a nice ass sound system in it. Im jealous of how it sounds. But she wont let me post pics on here, but trust me when i say that it is one of the best looking minivans i have ever seen. Definately out of the ordinary.

Yeah I miss that car. He had it until 1998, when the timing belt snapped and the engine was fucked up. He would of had to buy a whole new engine, but instead he bought a 1992 Infiniti Q45 (nice ass car btw), but he sold that 2 years ago and bought a 98 528i (black on black leather), and that car is nice too. He has some mods on it. Basically, my parents have always modified their cars. But, my dad eventually put a nice kit on that Toyota and some black rims with a polished. God I miss that car.

Wow. This is really a nice car... I love it. You just need drop it maybe 1.5-2" and it'll be fantastic.
Continuously seeing people with 17's on their car make me wish i had gone with 17's... My 16's almost look too small.
But i still like them alot more than the stock ones, lol.
EDIT: Oh, and i LOVE those old meshies.. They look to be about 15's... Sweetness.
I bet you could sell those for alot. :)

As of right now, I am not going to sell them. I am thinking of getting them fixed and using them as winter wheels. And yeah they were 15's.
Acid X, I actually like your wheels a lot. 16's look good on a lowered car, but seeing as how my car is not lowered, I decided on the 17's. But Enkei makes some nice wheels. My brother has 18" Enkei's on his EP Civic Si.

needs a drop.
Go for tokico's and intrax springs. I think you'll be pleased. Unless you wanna go lower then 1.5" or so. Then id say sprint springs.
