1988 3dr lxi denver
hey all!
I just got (for free!) a white 88 3door LX-i accord.
While I'm not glad that it cost me my Vigor (AWESOME honda) I am glad I got one. Ive always had a thing for the Toyota corolla GT-S (AE-86), prelude, NSX, MR2, and other sporty cars with flip headlights.
It needs some TLC but I really like the car!
Have a family so really no plans to do anything major with it (3rd car, just for work travel) but would like to make it a bit more Paul-ized. :-)
Anywhoo, nice to finally have a 3g!
Paul

Re: 1988 3dr lxi denver
sorry, you wouldnt want to see pics though....its ugly...
yea, i pulled my sony stereo and 2/4 speakers from the vig and was thinking of a small sub... but i like leaving it unlocked all the time...
what i really wanna do is like a poor but cool car
even with the rust and sad read bumper w/ black steelies
paint hood black
paint everything under trim black
install my yellow initial-d looking fogs
pop in prelude seats (or del sol if they will fit with minimal cutting/welding)
I/H/E (20$ebay cai, 100$ ebay header, borla muffler)
...
kinda rice :rice: i know but i think to some extent we all like some of it.
In all honesty though, its hard to spend ANY money on it.... i know i wont see a penny back_EVER_. after a few years of fun; sells for $200 if im lucky.
