What to look for when buying a 1st Gen Accord?

New to the 1geez community. I have recently blown up my 300+hp Mazdaspeed 6 and its time for a change in pace. I have come across a single owner 1980 Honda Accord with the 5spd manual transmission. The car has 119k miles. Owner claims the car is 100% original other than maintenance parts. I am going to look at the car on Sunday 10/25/20 what should I look for and be wary of? Common points of failure? Things to look for in a test drive? Searched the 1geez forum with a couple key words and didn't find anything but if there's already an existing thread call me stupid and point me in the right direction.
