Hood rod holder part name

Really retarded question but is the thing near the battery tray that the hood rod is supposed to clip onto when not being used called a retainer? Some idiot broke the original one and I only got a fragment of it left hanging on and I need a new one, on Rockauto for 86-89s they have a retainer and then for 90-93s they have both a retainer and a grommet.
