I have a 99 civic ex that just started giving me idle problems. The ac compressor tries to engage and I mean tries several times. It makes a clicking sound each time it tries and it drops the rpm's to 200 and the car almost stalls. The ac is cold and works fine when you are driving. It only has this problem when at idle range. If I turn off the ac when i come to a light or park the car I have no problem.
