Nice how-to man. Good work.

Guys give a round of applause to the man among men. This a great detailed How To for the prelude control arm mod.
aahhhhh, it could have been a little more informative....but i guess it works....
ehhh, pretty crummy work vinny. why the hell did they make you a mod anyway? You're useless!
j/k man. how to looks great. Thats so good, you should write a how-to on how to write how-to's........
Thanks guys, even you Ryan  I'll be uploading the pics to the sites server later today or tonight so that they will be a permanent. No more lost pics and such that way.
Seriously if you guys think it needs anything or what not let me know. It'n not going to hurt my feelings if I missed something or if I get some negative feedback on it. I want it to be as user friendly as possible. Basically to the point you could do even if you are basically car retarded :ugh:
lol, ill let you know if you got everything down when i do mine. but first you gotta send the lude arms over to me free of charge so i can test the procedure out :D
That's how I need it. :sad2:Quote:

I have alot of that info but decided not to use it for the simple fact not everyone carries the same branda at local parts stores. Honda is honda no matter what dealer you go through. I DO appreciate the info and will look more into it after I get back from Miami. I just dont want to overwhelm people with TOO much info. If that makes any sense
No Prob....I'm just a Partsman trying to help out after all. Some people like myself like the P/N's & some don't give a damn as they get someone else to do the work for them.Quote:

well ive been turning wrenches unofficially on the old farm and in backs yards fixing other peoples shit since i was about 12. so ive been in this "area" i guess for about 9-10 years. i learned pretty much everything i know selling parts and shooting tha shit with all the mechanics that came in. i miss it alot.Quote:

Do you make as much money in parts sales?Quote:

Just an FYI; if you are ordering the Moog camber adjustment "kit" you are only getting ONE adjuster. Two (wrong) are required for each control arm. So you will need to order FOUR total (wrong) if you are going to correct camber on both front control arms.
EDIT: ONLY ONE ADJUSTER PER SIDE IS NEEDED. Always read the instructions before doing the work.
Niles, there maybe a problem with them just be aware.

I can't seem to find the thread for the prelude control arm mod can anyone help me find the link?
Get them off a prelude with flip up lights, then order new bushings and ball joints for them.
I've edited the link at the top of this thread to point to the how-to.
Where is the prelude control arm how-to now? I’m getting 404 errors from the link in the first post
Thank you!!
Linked is fixed...Thank you!
