Rendon Lx-I Boosted Sedan Build
What up......i havent been on really cause the site wouldnt let me in but I Got the accord all torn apart......Got All the of the following put on so far ,lli put pics as i go. im having Issues mounting the Stock DSM tiny intercooler i show a pic of that this week
Manifold was on i could of kept my ac but i just took it off works great thou. Got the radiator on that was a treat also and the oil pan im working on right now. Tonight i just put on the stleathmode Oil line kit from tunertoys...man thats a anwsome kit. I got some pics wheni just got the turbo on lol....i thow some more in i just wanted to let u know im getting the shit done...your never gonna do it unless you do and an start so u know what u need and what not...But everything going good pretty far

Nice work. You should be able to take the compressor housing off and rotate it and put it back on to where ever is easiest to route the charge pipe. Any plans on how your going to route the down pipe?

right in between the crossmember and the body.... well should say the radiator suport its almost perfect might need to cut but im going to see if the exhaust shop going to do it.....ill go take some more pics thou

What size down pipe are you running? It seems like it will be quite low to the ground if it has to go under the cross member. Awesome deal on the bov.

Well today i did a chore after work...got the oil pan on and oil return line on tighen all the turbo bolts so basicly im down to charge pipes and radiator....So here the pics

Okay here u can see that i got a problem already i going to need to either noch the cross member or get a fitting so i can clear the cross member but i just did it to see what would it look like

Got the Tunertoys Adapter on and all tighen up line feed to turbo and plug on for now. im trying to get a oil gauge for a decent price.......Let me know if u guys got one....To fucking me on ebay..
well thats it for tonight...shit the way im working everynight on this project im going to be done really soon...

Can you clock the center on that turbo? You may want to because you generally want the oil drain straight down so the oil can flow freely back to the pan.

I tryed that the Dsm T25 dont move worth a shit....conpresser side has a big ass clip ring and the exhaust housing is bolts and the acturator i dont know how it would work. only has one place to mount it....So u think i would be okay....i saw worse lol.

you have to take those c clips off the housings and loosen the bolts to rotate the centersection. You really the oil drain to point down or a little towards the oil pan, the way you have it now might work but it might smoke also. Making my old setup work, i had to notch the front beam a little for clearance, and even then i was only using a 2.5" downpipe, its tight there.

well i try to loosen the for bolts one broke so im pissed lol...im going to see if it smokes hopefully not...Ill just get another then move it...that clip ring is a bitch to move..one question does the Oil Reture pressureized or does it just drip down...?

Update i got the turbo clocked like it supose to and i had the machine shop retap the bad one got all new hot side bolts...all charge pipes on and bov and boost vacumes connect Radiater is In meaning bolted up not just laying in the bay..Down to nothing guys sat. im moving the battery to the trunk on sat
ft of 4gauge cable and a breaker. OH and i got the Egr plate on to lol.But anyhow here are some pics

You should buy a wideband oxygen sensor to install before you drive the car, I would hate to see you do all that work and have to replace the motor. I would recommend the innovate lc-1. You could run one of the analog outputs to the ecu for the narrow band input and you won't need another O2 bung. The lc-1 can replicate a narrow bands O2 signal based off of what its reading and how you program it.

Yea im looking for one at the moment dont get me wrong man....I dont want to blow my shit up....hows your accord doing man? Oh and how much did u get for your wideband i c the LC-1 dont come with gauge or what man?
