My 1988 Project Prelude

I have had a 1988 Honda Prelude for a little over 3 year's now and I haven't been able to drive it because I have been in the military, but right before I left I was experiencing some transmission issues sense my transmission is going bad I figured I'll rebuild it or try to swap it out with another one. Please comment below if there are compatible transmissions for the b20a engine block, or some F2K5 internal transmission parts possibly trying to make it a LS transmission. (I heard it was possible)
