B-series dcoe intake manifold?

Ok so there's this:

I have actually done the b-series manifold mod to my old prelude so I know that works(FI model).
I am wondering if the carb intake above would be workable in the same way.. Because if so... oh boy.

Says not suitable for carbs but from the looks of it, yells dcoe.

Just looking around for a workable solution for a dcoe manifold since they aren't made anymore.

I bought a b20a5 race engine for parts and the guy had made a dcoe/dhla manifold for it because efi wasnt allowed in this class.
its steel, but a couple insulator spacers would cure any soak
