I hit around ~130 with a single 12 sealed, but my next set-up hit a LOT louder than that (Meter only went to 130, and the sealed barely made it):
Original set-up: One 12" prototype Onyx sub, sealed 1.8ft^3, 220 watts off a Monitor-1 amp.
New(est) set-up: one Eclipse (old school, not Ti or Aluminum) ported in 2.25ft^3 tuned to about 30 hz, and a bazooka 450 watt RMS bridged amp.
