For right now, yes. The funeral homes really won't hire you until after first quarter of school, so they know you are serious. I'm now into second quarter, so I should be able to find work. I'm waiting til after the new year until I look.

You going to pay for it? That kind of house rents for $800 minimum around anywhere, usually $1,000. As of yet, I'm still unemployed, so it's your call

Whats up? I'm from Kansas City and my car club is going to Florida on May 29th and we will be passing through Georgia... maybe some of us can meet up then? I think there is chapter of my car club in Georgia. We are called Screet Ho's. We put on USAC every year in Kansas City. I also heard that the cars in the Georgia chapter of Screet Ho's weren't any good, but anyway i was just wanting to meet up with some other 3geez members.

I am going for more show than go... my car has new charcoal gray paint, 15" chrome rims (will be upgrading to 17's soon), sprint springs, customized a single windshield wiper, mirror tint, white H embles, exhaust, painted tailights (i will be shaving the taillights and doorhandles this summer), 6.5 LCD screen in the passenger sun visor, white velvet in the door pannels, i will also be getting 2 tone Katzkin leather and white carpet this summer... it recently snowed here and i was driving down a 2 lane road and slid off into the ditch so my front bumper is falling off a bit but i can get another one for $20 so no worries there. I'm hoping there will be a good looking ground effects kit to come out soon. As i mentioned before, I'm more for show than go but if some of us can meet up i can get some good ideas on engine performance. Mine is carbuerated so it's a pretty slow machine.

mines carb and she pulls pretty hard for a 3g... dont under estimate the performance of these cars. If we get a chance to meet I'll let you see what a few performance mods can do to a 3G... for now... flip the lid on the carb's air cleaner... and screw it on upsidedown. You may need to take the grommets out and take the wing part off of the wing nut just leaving the bolt... and screw it back on...

Thanks for the info! A couple more questions... My idle is a little jumpy and i was wondering if it's because i have really nice upgraded spark plugs? Someone told me that it can have that kind of effect on a car. One more thing, where can i find a camber kit that isn't very expensive?

describe jumpy.... that could mean a lot of things but I really doubt its your plugs man... I have a set of NGK 8mm plugs and my idle is fine. As far as the camber kit just pull a set of upper controll arms off the front af a 2nd gen prelude. They are adjustable and you could pull them from a junkyard for next to nothing... for the rear ( it should be ok as is ) I have sprint springs too but I havent put them on yet, just have a local mechanic space them out with some washers and you should be fine. Post a thread in the Suspension section about upper control arms and you will get a much more detailed description on how that works... Do you have any pics of your car?

If your talking about the trunk lid... no, i am in the process of fiberglassing an LCD screen on the underside of my trunk so when you open it, it will be shown.

ok if you see where the arrow is pointed... thats the air filter for your carborator which sits just under the air filter... if you flip the lid on it (take the clamps off, poke the rubber grommets out, and take the wing part of the wing nut off just leaving the bolt) you will hear the engine breath much better and the car will have a nice pull to it... less lag... give it a try its free and its the alternitive to having intake on a EFI ...

Thanks for the idea, i did it and it works pretty good. Another question... my car used to shake really bad (in drive) when i would stop so i got new motor mounts and it stopped shaking for a while, but it's doing it again and i haven't had the new motor mounts very long. What do you think the problem is?

its your idle... same thing happened to mine... take your car in and tell then to adjust your idle and while they're in there have then adjust your timing and air/fuel mixture... tell them to give it more fuel now that your lid is fliped... but the shaking is your idle... have the fast idle around 2000 rpms and the resting idle (warm idle) around 800 rpms and that should stop the shaking...
