Help my dash illumination just died

Hi Everyone,

My dash lights are gone to. I touched two wires when I was trying to make my bumper lights stay on. I have bought the illumination thing; It was mounted to the plastic piece under the steering wheel. That doesn't work?? Now, my side markes and rear tail light are not working?? I check all the fuses and they are fine? I bought the Haynes manual and I can’t find anything?? Is there a swith or relay Do you have any suggestions??

Well, the amplifier box only controls the dash lights. If your taillights aren't working, replace that fuse regardless if it looks good. The fuse is probably inside the car, but could be under the hood as well. Has to be a fuse if you touched 2 wires together and shorted it out.

i did that and it took me a while to figure out the brand new fuse i put in also blew so man check the fuses again........
