I found a good deal on a ACT clutch kit for 83-87 1.8l prelude. Will this clutch work if I use the prelude flywheel?

what does it mean if a clutch kit says
Pressure Increase: 40 % over Stock
does it just mean that it will be 40% harder to push?
it basically clutch grab. (thats not a technical term. just me trying to explain it) a stock clutch engages smoothly. the stage 1 clutchs engage rougher then stock clutchs. thus giving you more power to the road when you engage the clutch. stage 2 gives you more "clutch grab" then a stage 1 and so on and so forth.
ACT Stage 1, Short Ram Intake & 2.25 Dynomax custom catback w/4inch carbon fiber tip. Thats it for now.

the clutch for a 83-87 prelude as per the application guide, might fit depending on the part #. if it starts with HA2 then you can use it.
