How to make those sytem Diagrams?

Man how does everyone make those diagrams for their stereos?
They always look good and i wannd do one for my ride. Is there a program you have to use??

Any type photo or drawing program would work. It depends on whether you're talking about block diagrams, or the type with actual pictures of each component, and the interconnection between them.
