I just bought an 1989 Honda accord LXi last month, the car was in half bad half good condition and now its in 80% good condition but my only problem is my radio system the car came with a kenwood radio and all but when i go to turn it on it doesnt turn on. I checked everything from fuses to cords and nothing was wrong, the cd body turns on but the radio faceplate doesnt.....what should i do
Welcome! It sounds like a bad deck to me. Possibly a bad connection between the faceplate and deck.

yupp the kenwoods ive owned had that nasty habit. check the tab connections like snooz said, if they look junky you can use an eraser from a pencil to clean them up then try it out.Originally Posted by Dr_Snooz
