I plan on changing my timing belt and the two seals. Will this give me any performance gain? Or will i just recover lost performance?

you wont lose or gain any horse power. But you will save yourself $2000. If you dont change the timing belt, it could break, causing the valves to not come up and then the pistons come up and smash the valves. Then you engine doesnt run and you have to get a complete head and valve job, and maybe a piston or two.
Change your timing belt every 60,000 miles !!!
no gains ! but keeping you car alive !![]()
