Car sputters...

Ok, ever since i got the car, it hesitates, and sputters at half throttle. as soon as i stomp it, it goes away. at idle, its fine, and i can rev it up when im in neutral also with no problems. i just replaced the radiator, and gave it an oil change. any suggestions?

so i guess u have an auto? umm... change all ur filter and PCV valve. then get 4 new plugs and a new CAP AND ROTOR. then put then on, and it may run beter... if not, get a Weber.

justin, at what rpm range does ur car sputter? it could be ur choke like mine used to be. how is ur cold advance solonoid? does it do this sputtering when its cold outside or when its warm or it does not matteR?

it only sputters when i am about half throttle. it doesnt matter what rpm's im at, but as soon as i hit the gas, it stops. it does it more when it is warm than cold. i couldnt tell you a thing about the cold advance solonoid...dont know what it is/does!

In my opinion, ur running rich. thats the only reason it could be cause once u step on the gas, ur bruning it up, but on idle or half throttle where its getting too much fuel but not much air, ur car is chocking up. See if ur AJC (air jet contorl) has its bolt intact. See if u can make it run a lil lean.
