No it is not any good, quality and especially power wise.
Do a search, you will get allot of info.
most poeple have just cut off the muffler and put one on of their choice, but the if u get that u wont get much gains, whats what i have heard. its best to go to a muffler shop and have them weld on a 2.25" piping for the catback.
