    Just in case any California member's were wondering what a swap can mean when your emission's test rolls around. It took me quite a bit of searching to get the link. It kinda put my mind at ease. I hope

    does this mean a legally can't make my own CAI? If it does it is BULLSHIT!!!!! I wish Ca would chill a little about emissions.
