Nice, I cant wait to get my motor so i can start working on it. I shooting for January but im not really in a rush since my car is parked till spring. Did you have any trouble when you were installing it? meaning wiring etc.

not really... i had to plumb another sensor into the water jacket and figure out what to do with 2 o2 sensors instead of one.. still working on that.. any ideas, i was thinkin of puting them in the down pipe instead of the manifold... what i really need is a jap header for the thing and a prelude ecu

Your B20A has 2 O2 sensors???? Mine has only one... I'll have to use a B20A5 header to have the 2 O2 sensors to match with my ECU.

I was just gonna say i thought JDM motors have only one O2 sensor cause my JDM A20A did. I am planning on using a modified prelude header and use the A20A harness so wiring should stay the same depending on ECU.

well ya see my car is an 88 lxi so it originally came with 2 o2 sensors... so when i put my b20a in, i had to plumb it for both sensors which meant drillin and tapping a hole for the A sensor... and im running stock intake that came with my car... the way i know if its runnin rich or lean is because i have a air fuel guage and i put a hook up on each o2 sensor so i can switch between them and make sure they are working right... the prob that i have is i think that i put the A o2 sensor on the wrong exhaust port and my computer is getttin confused trying to regulate the fuel between them. does any body have a picture of the aftermarket pacesetter or dc header??? that way i can see which holes they hook the o2 sensors to... or someone can just tell me, like green to ex port 1 and white to ex port 3.. for example

Just get a USDM lude manifold... it will solve your problem for dirt cheap (they cost like 30 bucks at the junkyard) and the B20A5 ecu (which I plan to use) uses 2 O2 sensors as well

see i thought about that too!... but it didnt work out because i used my stock down pipe on the manifold that came with the jdm engine.. . the lude manifold also had smaller exhaust openings at the bottom of the manifold and it was not a direct fit... i would have had to port match it and hog out the two mounting holes on the ends of it

He is talking about his JDM B20a from a 3rd gen prelude not a 2nd gen prelude/3rd gen accord B20a as they all have 160bhp.
