    bucking in second gear

i did minor/major tune up today and i went for a test drive and i wanted 2 c if it ran better or not, so from da stop sign i punched it WOT to 5500 rpm then shifted 2 second it started bucking like crazy, so does any1 no what would cause dis? its a 89 lx and everything is stock, and da tune up consisted of plugs, wire, cap, rotor, oil change, secondary fuel filter, air filter, PCV valve, hoses, coolant flush. and cleaned the carb with some carb cleaner and da timing is correct 20 degrees BTDC

Ha, your car is talking to you so listen up! It's saying I'm just an old retired phart so quit treating me like a young punk.
....5500rpm in 1st gear, ...imagine the nerve... was it even warmed up? It just choked, stumbled and gagged. Treat it right and it will be phine.

Me thinks "withilt" is just pulling legs here..... Look at this verbatim post from 2009:

    https://www.3geez.com/forum/carbureto...cond-gear.html

.... and most all his posts are the same: old thread re-posted.
