    Talking My SE-i!!! X-D

Well here it is folks, just got the digital camera back from my bro.

That's all of them for now. The car looks wayyy better right after its been washed... we just got snowed on so it's kinda dirty from the road. I would have posted an engine bay pic, but I couldn't get the hood open.......

    Tell me what you think!

I like it a lot man! How much did ya pay for it? Are the front leather seats fucked up? When I bought mines, the driver seat was in baddddddddddddddd shape and the owner had a seat cover on it just like yours but it was gray and black (‘cause the interior of the car is black with gray leather).

I think you and me have to do the same project. Re-carpet the whole interior. I am trying to get some prices to see how much it would be to re-carpet the interior and the trunk. My interior looks kind of like yours, but since I have carpets on, you can't tell that much.

Are you planning to swap a five speed there later? The muffler seems beat up, but I love those dual end pipes.

I like your car man. To be honest, your car looks in much better shape than mines when I bought it. I know you gonna go a long way with this. Good luck man! I'll give it "Two thumbs up!"

Ah well... Mods, if you read this, delete the other thread

I got it for $1000!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe the deal I got on it...

Yeah, I want to recarpet the interior... the previous owner was a college kid, and he pretty obviously didn't take the best care of it. There's all sorts of stains all over the carpet on the inside. You can get a brand new set of pre-molded carpet from some online store... I can't remember it off the top of my head. They sell pre-molded carpet sets for the Sedan and Hatchback... if the hatchback fits in the coupe, then I'll buy it next summer hopefully... they're about $180.

Both of the front seats leather is in bad bad shape... You can't see it, but the armrest is torn too. Does anyone know how much it would cost to re-upholster both front seats and the arm rest in leather? How about just the arm rest?

As for the muff... it's not even connected to the rest of the exhaust system I think that's the biggest trouble area right now is the exhaust system... it's rusty all up and down it, and I've seen some exhaust coming out of the hood too when it's idling, so I think there might be a hole in the downpipe. I'd like to get some DC sport headers, but those are speeeendy.

    Thanks for the feedback

I'd like to swap to a 5-speed somewhere along the line, but I'm thinking that that will be a gigantic pain in the ass. I think I'm gonna wait until this transmission goes out on me before I try that...

Looks sweet! It looks to be in real good shape, especially for a Minnesota car. Those carpets show up on ebay quite a bit too. For $1000 bucks though that was one hell of a deal :super:

Ya know, I've never noticed until now that the coupes (and hatches too?) don't have a rear armrest like the sedans do

    Now keep that baby clean!

Dude I think you can get pre molded carpets from JC Whittney for like $65. That's how much they were the last time I checked. And I finally see what the armrest looks like. I have never seen one until now. Damn now I want one. Anyone want to sell their tan or is it beige armrest?

Seeing as how it would be impossible for me to find a leather back seat from an SEi sedan around here, and have it in as good a shape as my back seat, I don't think I will be switching seats.

The mere mention of it sounds preposterous to me.

Hmmm... sounds very interesting h0ndavtec... very interesting indeed.

Are they leather? Even though I suppose it wouldn't matter that much if they were or not...

What kind of work would I be looking at to get them in and fit right? Do you mean the second gen. integras?

You're kidding me!! I need a new muffler?? Wow... I must never look at my car... :p

Yeah, I know... the muffler isn't even attached... like I've said a few times before, the exhaust system is area number one that needs work.
