What size of wheel will make you happy? 15, 16 or 17"?
www.whalentire.com has a pretty good selection at reasonable prices. Plus they tell you the offset of the rim's your looking at.

go here to look at some rota rims, nice and lite weight and not expensive at all
    http://www.machiii.net/machiii/html/wheels.html

Do NOT get rims that have less than 40mm offset. 42mm, 43mm, 44mm and 45mm are fine. Try to avoid rims that weigh more than 18lbs if ya can, lighter is better. And the bolt pattern is 4X100mm
Tell me what rims size you want and I'll tell you what trouble free tire size to go with.

i probably want to get 17"s that way i wont really need to lower the car, cuz lowering = kinda xpensive, around $500 if im not mistaken. thanks a lot for the links and everything i'll check them out now.

lol if you get 17s you will REALLY want to lower the car... it screams a lot worse to get lowered once you get wheels. and beware, wheels WILL make you slower.. so dont think they are gonna help... you might get better handling though.

i am going to go with some lightweight 15" or 16" wheels, so i dont weight myself down too much. $1000 is about right if you are looking online, but dont expect to walk away happy with $1000 if u are buying from a retail store.

i would say look a good deal on some 15"s and then save up another few hundred and lower the car properly. just my opinion though!

just check out the options at www.whalentire.com you can purchase wheel/tire packages... and they have all different price ranges there... i dont know what to reccomend though, but i am sure it all depends on your price range! cheaper wheels == more money for better tires. .. heheh

yeah the lighter your wheels are the less you will be slowed down by them...

15"s would look good and not weigh 50lbs... plus you will save money and be able to afford better tires

also you will have some more money left over to get suspension stuff taken care of!

Take your time to look at the pictures of 3geez in different wheel sizes. Then decide which look you like. 15" might be too small for you, but just nice for others. $1k you can lower and buy some decent rims (probably 2nd hand). Just need some time to find a good deal. Good luck

Do the greenlight's and avoid 195//50-15, smaller than oem and they'll make the rim's look tiny. 195/55-15 is fine, but it's hard to find that size and the kumho's you can get are not avaliable in the ZR or WR speed ratings. HR and VR rated Kumho 712's have a harder tread compound than the ZR/WR rated version's and will not corner as well. So If I was you, I'd get the 205/50-15 kumho's and MAKE SURE they have the WR speed rating on them.

At 15lbs those greenlight's would be a great choice.

I think what your really looking for is here, the pic of the rim is to big for me to post so use the link. Rota slip streams. Their offset's are way better, get 45mm.
