Do you think it's worth putting an alarm on my DX accord 4dr i mean it's a decent car but there is no way i could enjoy the features of an alarm because i do not have auto locks.
i would apprechiate any help

actually, if your willing to spend a little more on the alarm, about $50 per door. The shop can wire up actuators to the door lock mechanism and when you push the lock or unlock button, the doors do it. Pretty cool huh. Also make sure that the alarm is capable first, so cheapos dont have any pin upgrades

blok... where in FL are you? if you're around st. augustine/palatka area, we can go to the junkyard and pull the parts for the stock locks... just need to get the parts, and i will help install... no charge, of course
hell yeah get an alarm on the car man dont NOT do it just cause of the door locks.

Yah I agree with jigga, get the alarm to protect the car itself and everything inside. I had an alarm on my Limited and it wasnt even wired for the power locks I got it cause it made me feel safer about leaving my car out of my sight. I think I was just a little over-protective of my 3g but I love my car lol!

accordboricua, we can meet up in like palatka... i know there are two in g'ville, me here in east palatka, and one over in hastings... none of our cars are in perfect condition, so we can make it a junkyard meet, lol... make a run on a junkyard, come back to my place and get our parts put on, then cruise over to the beach and take some picturesand hang out around all the hot chicks!!!

The limited accord was only offered in 88 in Canada, Its pretty much an american LX. My first car that got hit by a drunk driver.
